Corval was the general contractor responsible for site preparation, underground utilities, foundations, and complete installation of the turbine generator and balance of plant systems for the Highwood Generating Station. We placed 3,000 cubic yards of structural steel during construction. The Highwood Generating Plant is a simple-cycle combustion turbine plant fired by natural gas; this 40MW plant is powered by a GE LM6000 turbine generator.
