Kayti Schreiner

As the Human Resources Director, Kayti Schreiner is responsible for managing one of Corval Group’s most important resources, its people. She leads the areas of talent acquisition and retention, performance management, compensation and employee relations. She has eight years of experience in the construction industry working in Human Resources and Payroll. Kayti has her MBA in Management from the University of Sioux Falls and is an active member of SHRM and TCSHRM. She maintains her Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
